Currently we post our items within the United Kingdom, Ireland & Europe 

Where are you based?
We currently create and ship our magical creations from Buckinghamshire, England.


What shipping services are available?
Evri standard shipping for UK orders and Royal Mail for Ireland & Europe.

What are your dispatch times?
Please check my social media or website banner for updates and changes. 
I aim to ship all orders within 2-48 hours.

RETURNS -

Can I return my order?
Please send us a message via our contact us page including your order number to process a refund. We are not able to accept returns on jewellery due to hygiene reasons. The customer is liable to pay for any return postage costs. 

Please note product image colours may vary depending on your screens brightness and display settings.

Glow Leo will not be working with any social media influencers now or in the future. If you like something please support my small business by ordering. I will not ship out free items to influencers.
