Do you post worldwide?

Currently we post our items within the United Kingdom & Northen Ireland, Europe, North America, Canada and Mexico!


Where are you based?

We currently create and ship our magical creations from Buckinghamshire, England.


What shipping services are available?

We currently use Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Evri Standard Shipping for orders in the United Kingdom. You can pick which service you would prefer at the checkout.

Can I return my order?

Please send us a message via our contact us page including your order number for a refund. We are not able to accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. The customer is liable to pay for any return postage costs. We do not cover the cost of postage for returned orders. 

Please note product colours may vary depending on your screens brightness and display settings.
